I believe that the URL bar should only be automatically opening for new profiles after first visit to newtab, and we can reasonably assume for this experiment that the majority of enrolled users will have opened newtab previously at least once, due to enrollment occurring two weeks in the past. I spoke with product about this, and we agree that it is a slight risk, but also think that this experiment is ok to launch with this minor issue, as the purpose of this experiment is informative rather than analytical.

Hello!
We believe that this issue may affect the users, because this Search Suggestion automatically dismissed the message and the user will not be able to interact with the "Show Bookmarks?" callout message properly.
Please reconsider reassessing this issue.
Thank you!
