(from a discussion on #mozilla with cbiesinger) I would like trying to get gfx
to depend on as few things as possible. (In the hopes that GFX can be more
useful to embedders and other users of the mozilla codebase, like me.)
nsPrintOptionsImpl requires all three of the mentioned modules...
not gonna happen, now that I know the code better ;)
