User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0
Steps to reproduce:
Make any list that contains elements whose <display-outside>
value is block
in writing-mode: vertical-rl
environment.
Actual results:
The list marker is misplaced to the block-start direction (i.e. rightward) by approx. one line. See the test case.
Expected results:
Each marker should be aligned with the first line of list content, like in other writing modes.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
