User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Android 11; Mobile; rv:109.0) Gecko/119.0 Firefox/119.0
Steps to reproduce:
On an ARM64 Chromebook running chromeos 118.0.5993.124, install Firefox app from Play Store ("last updated Nov. 8 2023" 119.1.1 (Build #2015984795). In ChromeOS, click on the Launcher (lower-left corner) then Settings. Select Connected Devices -> Mouse and Touchpad. Change slider to "Enable reverse scrolling". Manipulate scroll wheel on a connected Microsoft 3-button mouse. Observe there is now "reverse scrolling" within the Settings window and also in a Chrome browser window. Launch firefox. Manipulate scroll wheel; observe that it uses the default scroll direction, and not "reverse scrolling".
Actual results:
Firefox used the default mouse scroll wheel direction, and did not use the direction configured in system settngs.
Expected results:
Firefox should use the Reverse Scroll setting when it is configured in ChromeOS settings for Connected Devices -> Mouse

Thank you for the report!
Unfortunately, we were not able to reproduce this on a Chromebook, version 116.0.5845.210 on neither Firefox 119, nor on Firefox 120.
Could you provide us a short video, or any other extra details that may help?
