So I shall attach a slightly better one I created. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open new tab 2. Go to site that takes a few seconds to load Actual Results: I saw a clunky animation and realise the scope for improvement. Expected Results: Shown a nice smooth animation.
Created attachment 109936 [details] New loading animation This should replace the standard loading-anim.gif in classic.jar\skin\classic\global\icons
This will change when the default theme is changed to Qute (or another theme, if the developers change their mind). Just like bug 180519, this is a "soon to be resolved as invalid bug".
I note that Qute doesn't have an animation for this, which is a shame. Perhaps this animation would be useful to the main Mozilla team. Changing product from Phoenix to Browser.
