Steps to reproduce:

Used F6 to switch focus between all UI areas in mail 3 pane view

Actual results:

The current focus is not visible for the message reading pane.

The message row was highlighted in the message list pane when the pane got focus, but if the currently selected message is scrolled out of view, then there's no visual clue for focus.

Expected results:

All focused UI areas should be outlined or highlighted to have a proper visual clue to support users using keyboard only navigation (or mixed navigation) and to maintain accessibility.
