Details

Similar to docs like 'Configure Java for Android', we should add one for developers to know what tools and plugins are used by our internal mobile contributors today, so that other contributors can have similar setups as well.

Some examples, are to install the detekt and ktlint IntelliJ plugin, always use single name importing, etc.
