User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/119.0

Steps to reproduce:

open sidebar

Actual results:

it shows a white page for a very short time, if you use dark mode it's very visible
(made a screen recording and slowed it down)

Expected results:

show the main browser color while loading the plugins (#2b2a33 and #f9f9fb for the auto theme)

Reproduced the issue with Firefox 119.0 (2023-10-19) on Win 10 and macOS 12 ARM . Indeed this issue occurs only when using the FF sidebar extension "Sidebery".
Marking issue as new for engineering input. Thank you.

I had the flickering with multiple addons (bitwarden for example)

Thanks for testing! When you say the issue only with Sidebery, does that mean you've tried to reproduce this with other extensions? Considering comment 3, would you be able to reproduce this with the bitwarden extension?

No, I meant to say that by using the default sidebar you can't reproduce this issue.
I just tried it with Bitwarden and it displays the same behaviour as Sidebery.
