This is still failing locally for me and we have an annotation on all plartforms added on October 31 2023:

The last report from november was just Jihye trying to check whether we can remove this annotation https://treeherder.mozilla.org/jobs?repo=try&revision=be4181d5daf4c2b0ba2ef54a630b78c1e63515ec

Cathie and Jihye commented to me that this is an expected failure, because scroll to text fragment is not supported in Firefox. I guess this is bug 1753933.
