download emails only if i restart thunderbird with imap

Steps to reproduce:
Hi all.
After the update 115, thunderbird downloads emails ONLY if i restart the application and for a few minutes after that. Over 10-15 minutes tb doesnt show any email until i restart it.
The auto-check is set on 3 minutes.
Tried to unistall all the addons.
Tried to repair the imap folders.
Tried with a clear install, after cleaned all the tb directory and profile folders.
Note that im on office365 imap. The imap settings are all correct ( already verified many times )
Before this update works perfectly.
Actual results:
Nothing happens. Tb keep download email ONLY after an app restart
Expected results:
Download the email follow the auto-check settings.
