I am sorry, but the page does NOT validate with the W3C validator
http://validator.w3.org
because there is no character encoding.
The problem of whether to put a meta tag or use the HTTP server was
discussed (but not solved) in bug 89885.

It will validate if you select the character encoding manually.
I wish they would set it so it will have one in the page..... but I am going
by the style guide where it says dont put one.
It would be nice if they would set the server up to send it the right way.
