Steps to reproduce:
- Enable "Scroll to hide toolbar".
- Open page with a repeating background image, with content approximately the height of the viewport.
Reproduction: https://tithen-firion.github.io/firefox-android-bug-test/
Background image is set to red pixel, background color is set to yellow, content height (empty DIV element) is set to 100vh as an example.
Actual results:
Background image doesn't fill the whole page. You can scroll down to hide the toolbar (doesn't matter if it's on top or bottom) and there's a part of the webpage without the background image.
Expected results:
Background image should fill the whole page.
