As GPC is enabled by default in private browsing, Focus should not need to change the default gecko runtime settings in order to keep the default behavior for its sessions.

For QA: You can test if GPC is enabled on https://globalprivacycontrol.org/.
It should be always enabled in private browsing and only enabled in normal browsing when the corresponding setting from ETP settings section ("tell websites not to share & sell data") is enabled.

Verified as fixed on the latest Fenix Nightly build 122.0a1 from 12/8 with Google Pixel 6 (Android 14), and Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9).
The GPC is always enabled in private browsing, and only enabled in normal browsing when the corresponding setting from ETP settings section is enabled ("Tell websites not to share & sell data").
Also, verified on Focus Nightly 122.0a1.

Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: It is a new privacy feature
[Affects Firefox for Android]: yes
[Suggested wording]: Firefox now supports enabling Global Privacy Control. With this feature, Firefox informs the websites that the user doesn’t want their data to be shared or sold. This feature is enabled in private browsing mode by default and can be enabled in normal browsing in Settings → Enhanced Tracking Protection -> Tell websites not to share & sell data toggle.

Thanks, added to the Fx122 nightly release notes, please allow 30 minutes for the site to update.
Keeping the relnote-firefox flag as ? to keep it on the radar for inclusion in the final Fx122 release notes
