The progress bar shares space with the % field at the end of the bar. This means
that at 10% and 100% the bar shrinks which is an annoying visual effect.

Progress bars used to be able to display their % inside the bar but that feature
is no longer available :-( otherwise I would have suggested it as a workaround.

Because the question was asked when I had limited access to computing power (ironically because of the Mozilla Summit) and it's still in my backlog.

This bug is difficult to reproduce because my development machine is too fast.

Confirmed: it happens indeed, but it doesn't bother me (never noticed it before).

To clarify, the progress bar 'shrinks' twice, once from going from 9% to 10% and once going from 99% to 100%. Both are nearly unnoticable for me.
