USE Standard for Interchange of USENET Messages RFC 850 ftp://ftp.isi.edu/in-notes/rfc850.txt This is NOT possible if you use other frontend languages

The easy way around this would be to have the langpack installed for the other language, and change the UI language, which would bring around the localized texts in a different language. Langpacks, however, are not (yet) restartless; but see bug 677092.
