Steps to reproduce:
Just updated to 121.0b1 many websites never finish including this page.
Actual results:
pages are just blank or new tab page and never change.

Could you please try to reproduce your issue using a new profile?
If the issue persists, could you please give an example of website where you noticed this issue?

@rhmst: Thanks for creating this bug. I can't reproduce with 121.0b1. Does the issue persist (with newer beta versions)? If so please an http log and send it with a bug number in the subject to necko@mozilla.com. Otherwise we won't be able to tell what is going wrong and this bug would eventually closed as INCOMPLETE, because we can't reproduce can't act on it.
