User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0
Steps to reproduce:
bug is back in 115.5.0 was 99% fixed in 115.4.3
Click on a recieved (standart) folder.
I've a lot of messages and my choice is Z-A order = new messages are at end (bottom) position.
Actual results:
Random position of scroll bar
Expected results:
Move to the last (new) message.

I can confirm this. It was fixed, and has regressed as of 115.5.0.
It was apparently fixed in 115.4.3, and a release note for 115.4.3 says "Message list scrolling fixes". See bug 1856749/1827042.
