It is quite easy to make this HTML 4.01 Strict, however, I think we want to make
some more semantic improvements.

fantasai, should we use definition lists or just headings?

Definition list for the first part, headings for the last few (the ones that
/look/ like they're supposed to be headings).

Taking this bug. I would say this can be checked in. It validates and uses more
appropriate markup (the markup suggested by fantasai).

Although the previous patch did make it validate, I did something wrong. It
seems I missed to add the DD element twice, making the page look weird.

This patch addresses that. Can someone check this in ASAP?
