Steps to reproduce:
- Go to address books
- Select a contact
Actual results:
On Windows, drag and drop is supported by E.G. NVDA but on Linux, there is no accessible way to use drag and drop feature so it is not possible at all to move a contact to another address book.
Expected results:
There should be a way to move a contact to another address book using keyboard only.

I tested this with Windows 11 and NVDA on 115. This is not accessible there either.
There needs to be a way to move contacts from one address book to another using keyboard navigation.
Whatever fix is created needs to be tested with Orca on Linux.
