Build 1999111108 Win only
(Installers not present for Mac Commercial build or Linux builds yet)
Blocks: 18483
Summary: On navigator only installation, Security Advisor does not show on tasks menu → taskExtensions needs to use xul overlays.
Need to start using xul overlays. ccing alex and hyatt.

we have this taskExtensions xul file which is empty in the mozilla build, but
when AIM is installed, it contains a security and AIM menu item. This should
be removed and we should start using xul overlays.
These are already overlays - do you mean that we need to use dynamic overlays?

I was under the impression that dynamic overlay insertion was not going to be in
for Beta 1.
they are already in.
Awesome - can you point me to on how to use them? (docs, examples, anything)
