Steps to reproduce
When in Fenix private browsing mode, and some tabs has been opened, long tap tab button.
Expected behavior
The first line should be "New private tab".
Actual behavior
The first line is still "New tab".
Device information
- Firefox version: 120.0
- Android device model: Huawei Honor 20S
- Android OS version: Android 10

The problem lies in FenixTabCounterMenu.kt, which is called here: ToolbarIntegration.kt. To fix, make changes to the FenixTabCounterMenu class to display the menu items differently depending on the browsing mode.
