Steps to reproduce:

hi, I just wanted to fill a bug against nss-3.95 and noticed, I'm unable to select any version beyond nss-3.89 in the affected version toggle.

Actual results:

I'm unable to choose nss-3.9x

Expected results:

The expectation is to allow to choose nss version 3.90 and onwards.

This is because the versions configured in Bugzilla for NSS stop at 3.89 (excluding version 4.0).

Dana - we'll need to be told which versions should be present in the NSS product in order for them to be available; are you able to let us know which versions need to be added?

Looking at the last request from NSS (bug 1727296) milestones might also be required.

Let's do milestones and affected versions up to 3.99 for now. I have no idea what's going to happen when we hit 100 there.
