User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130

After trying to print a speed report on DSL Reports and having Mozilla consume
100% of my CPU and stop responding, I tried printing from my home page and the
response was the same: 100% cpu, program not responding.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Mozillar browser
2. select the print button on the task bar
3. open Task Manager

Actual Results:
lock up of browser.

Expected Results:
printed the page

I'm having exactly the same problem but with the mail client in 1.2.1
Whenever i go to print i get no response, then 100% cpu usage and mozilla stops
responding...
Summary: After selecting PRINT on task bar, Print menu appears, then disappears, hourglass appears, CPU useage goes to 100% , no activity. CtrlAltDel shows Mozilla "not responding". Closing application, MS error report window appears, problem sent to MS. → After selecting PRINT on task bar, Print menu appears, then disappears, hourglass appears, CPU useage goes to 100% , no activity. Change summary from
"After selecting PRINT on task bar, Print menu appears, then
disappears, hourglass appears, CPU useage goes to 100% , no
activity. CtrlAltDel shows Mozilla "not responding". Closing
application, MS error report window appears, problem sent to MS."

Reporter, first, try exit Mozilla, then renaming
<install directory>/components/compreg.dat to something else,
and then restart Mozilla and print.

If that does not work, try rename <profile_directory>/xul.mfl file,
and then restart Mozilla and print again.

* read the release note for profile location. Note on Windows XP
you have to enable Explorer to show Hidden and System files and
folders to access your profile.

If either xul.mfl or compreg.dat is the problem, post it as an
attachment to this bug report. Thank you.
