Steps to reproduce:

  1. Access the following website: https://jump.chat/
  2. Start a meeting room on machine 1
  3. Join the same meeting room on machine 2
  4. Share your screen on machine 1 or 2
  5. Stop Sharing your screen

Expected result:
Webcam, microphone, share screen works as expected.

Actual result:
Webcam and share screen keeps freezing(on the second machine), microphone doesn't work(from the machine with shared screen).

Regression range:
This is not a recent regression because this issue is reproducible on Nightly 85.0a1 (30-11-2020) and Nightly 96.0a1 (29-11-2021) .
I was not able to investigate this issue on mozregression because an error is shown after allowing camera and microphone: 2023-11-29T17:09:12.852000: INFO : b'UNSUPPORTED (log once): POSSIBLE ISSUE: unit 1 GLD_TEXTURE_INDEX_2D is unloadable and bound to sampler type (Float) - using zero texture because texture unloadable'.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 123 and 125. Raluca, does it still reproduces for you?

Browser / Version: Firefox Release 123.0 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 125.0a1 (2024-02-29) (64-bit)
Operating System: Mac Ventura 13.1

I was able to reproduce this bug on my machine M1 MacOS 11 using Fx 124.0b5 and for the second machine I used MacOS 13 with Nightly 125.0a1. After I stopped the share screen from M1 the webcam and screen share keeps freezing on the second machine(MacOS 13)
