Recently, an issue was found where the scenarii, and customization combinations would exceed that allowable length for using them in PERFHERDER_DATA tags (limited to 24 characters). It's not obvious that this would happen if you run the scenarii-customization combination in condprof as it would pass, but it would trigger a failure in raptor afterwards during perfherder data validation.

It would be good to find a way to reconcile these differences/expectations. On the raptor side, we also prefix the conditioned profile name with condprof- which adds to the length. It's not clear yet how we should resolve this, but we may want to also consider decreasing the length of the prefix in raptor at the same time.
