There is no yarl 1.6 3 wheel for Python 3.11. Although there is yarl-1.6.3.tar.gz in https://pypi.pub.build.mozilla.org/pub/, this version has https://github.com/aio-libs/yarl/issues/673.

So please upload yarl 1.8.2 to https://pypi.pub.build.mozilla.org/pub/ for bug 1864106.
