RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 1738611

People

(Reporter: konrad.hammerer, Unassigned)

Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0

Steps to reproduce:

Right click on a mail and use "convert to..." to convert the mail into a calendar entry open the corresponding "new entry" screen to maintain/create that entry but after clicking "save and close" the entry does not show up in the calendar. Also there is no invite sent out in case of such maintained invites.

Actual results:

No calender entry is created during that "convert to..." action

Expected results:

A calender entry should be created during that "convert to..." action

Looks like the problem is caused by the mail content itself which is used to fill the notes section of the new calendar entry. If I clean the notes it works as expected. Maybe the notes content is just to long in this case or there is a special/invalid character in there causing the issue...
