Bonjour !
J'ai télécharger le pack langue française en tant que "root" et ensuite, je l'ai
installé. Après avoir relancé le navigateur celui-ci a bien été traduit en
français... mais quand je me "log" en tant qu'utilisateur le navigateur reste en
langue anglaise et ne reconnait plus le pack langue française !
Pourquoi ?

french translations.

Here is the translation: 

"Hello,
I ave downloaded the French loacale xpi pack as "root" and installed it. After a
new start of the browser, I can see that it was localized to French... But when
I "log in" as a user, the browser remains in English and no loger recognizes the
Frnech Pack !

Personal note to the reporter :
I am not a linux user but were the mozilla user profiles created *before* the
localization to French ? Did you check into
edit/preferences/appearence/Languages-Content that the French pack is available
and selected ?

posters ara Mozilla/Linux users.

The UI language is a per-profile setting. The root user and the regular user
have separate profiles so changing the UI language for root doesn't affect the
profiles of regular users.
