enable webgpu
Open two windows.
Window1 - > about:support
Windows2 -> https://webgpu.github.io/webgpu-samples/samples/helloTriangle
arrange the two windows such that both the windows are visible/foreground.
In the about:support tab, click on "Terminate GPU process"
AR: The webgpu tab will crash
ER: Maybe not so
