It's currently 3.7, but we're hoping to upgrade our minimum version to match m-c: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1843209

Anything between 3.8 and 3.11 should work. Maybe a newer version would be better so to delay the time before we need to upgrade again, but I don't have strong feelings here.
