The side-by-side action task name conflicts with the task called side-by-side. We should change the name to avoid this conflict. It causes issues with testing action callbacks locally. You can reproduce this with: ./mach taskgraph test-action-callback -p <PATH/TO/PARAMETERS.YML> add-all-browsertime
