  2. Open PiP
  3. Scroll ahead to trigger ad
  4. In PiP, "Skip ad" button never appears
  5. Close PiP to find "skip ad" button

Desired

  1. playing video
  2. Open PiP
  3. Scroll ahead to trigger ad
  4. In PiP, "Skip ad" button appears
  5. Click "skip ad" and continue watching video without needing to close PiP
