Steps to reproduce:

at some point when i updated firefox, marquees stopped being displayed in the way that most people usually expect them to be displayed
i use windows 10 if that makes anything easier to figure out, but i’m 100% sure it’s on the browser and not the os

Actual results:

marquees move in a strange way, instead of going from one end to the other and then going back to the former like in a game of pac man, they go from one end to the other, pause for approx 10 seconds once they hit the end, and start up again. what’s even worse is that it’ll only move if whatever’s in the marquee extends the container it’s in

Expected results:

marquees usually go from one end to the other and then go back to the former like in a game of pac man, this issue seems to effect literally any marquee tag, since they no longer even move vertically or alternate, every marquee defaults to the description i gave above

Reporter, can you please take a screenshot of the marquees that is not working and attach it here. Also you mentioned Win10 but the user agent is from mobile so where is the problem? Thank you.
