I can only close the element properties window (right-click any link or image
and click Properties) by clicking the close box or hitting ALT+F4. I think
hitting the ESC key should also close the box. I open up image properties fairly
often when I'm blocking ads (to see if the server is an ad server), and I like
using the keyboard, so hitting ESC is easier for me than clicking the close box.
And ALT+F4 just doesn't feel right for the tiny box...but maybe that's just me.

Steps to Reproduce:
And if the properties dialogs are going to be consistent with the browser
window, then CTRL+W should close the box too.
