The link to wincvs.org in the following text is broken: 

"Download it from wincvs.org  (yes, that does say `wincvs'). You need version
3.1a7 or later (earlier versions won't work.) Then do the following:"

The markup for the link is "<a href="%20http://www.wincvs.org/">wincvs.org</a>",
so fixing that up should be trivial, I would think...
