Steps to reproduce:

Hello Mozilla Team,

I'm experiencing an issue with the Firefox browser where the favicons for my bookmarks are not being downloaded during the sync process. Each time I synchronize my bookmarks across devices, I notice that the favicons associated with these bookmarks are not present.

Steps to Reproduce:

Open Firefox and sign in to my account.
Add bookmarks with favicons on one device.
Sync the bookmarks across multiple devices.
Observe that the favicons are missing on the newly synced devices.

Expected Result:
The favicons should be downloaded and visible on all devices after the sync.

Actual Result:
Favicons are not downloaded, leaving the bookmarks without their respective icons on synced devices.

Actual results:

When you sync your bookmarks in Firefox across multiple devices, the favicons (small icons of websites) are not downloaded and do not display. As a result, although the bookmarks are synced, their respective icons are missing on the different devices.

Expected results:

The expected outcome is that when synchronizing bookmarks in Firefox across various devices, the favicons for each bookmark should also be downloaded and displayed, ensuring that the bookmarks are not only present but also visually identifiable with their respective icons on all devices.
