Some dialogs, such as the "entering secure site" dialog, do not respond to keyboard commands such as <space> or <enter> (not sure, but possibly <tab> also)

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021127
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.2) Gecko/20021127

The exact text of the buggy dialog is: "You have requested an encrypted page.
The web site has identified itself correctly, and information you see or enter
on this page can't easilly be read by a third party."
It doesn't respond to either space or enter keys.
There was another dialog I encountered once (perhaps the "save username/password
for site") that also didn't respond with the y/n/c keys either.
This bug exists in both Linux and Windoze Mozilla 1.2.1
