Steps to reproduce

1. Download a Firefox 122.0a1 l10n build from https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-l10n/ (e.g fr or de).
2. Open the build and observe the App Menu.

Expected result

• App menu is localized.

Actual result

• The App Menu is English.

There is no need to search for a regression.

This happens periodically when we add new files (because of bug 1464156). This time, the new file was added by bug 1814969.

The next nightly will return to normal.
