186836 - Can't turn off warnings about encryption in Preferences or in popup windows

This is kind of two bugs against the same failure - you can't turn off warnings either in 
Preferences or from the warning windows - If you go into Preferences and uncheck the 
three warning options, you are allowed to uncheck them but then when you load or leave 
an encrypted page you still get the warning popup window. If you then uncheck to keep 
being notified in that warning window, that doesn't take either.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Navigator and open Preferences
2.In Security, see that you have three kinds of warnings available:
a. leaving a page that supports encryption
b. loading  a page that supports low-level encryption
c. viewing  a page with a mix of encrypted and unencrypted content
3. Uncheck all these, which you are allowed to do
4. Close the window to save your changes.

Actual Results:  
Changes not saved - you still get the warning messages. In addition, if you ask not to 
receive the messages in that popup window, THOSE changes not saved either. Didn't 
know if you wanted two bugs or one because it's kind of the same problem.

Expected Results:  
If you ask not to get messages you should not get messages. Preference changes should 
be saved.

WFM with Build 1223 on https://www.thawte.com/ with the 3 checkboxes disabled.
Reporter has 1220.
The only thing I can see is 2 sheet appearing when you leave the Secure site to
go to the Non-Secure
Open Non-secure http://www.thawte.com/
Add a "s" after "http"
Press Back button, 2 alert sheets when the 3 checkboxes are enabled.

This WFM me too. Reporter: if you can still reproduce this, please reopen, and
note whether making a clean profile (move the Chimera folder out of
~/Library/Application Support) fixes it.

SO HOW DO I GET Build 1223?

I can't say if it's fixed if I can't get the same build you have.

There is no Chimera folder in ~/Library/Application Support - should it have been 
installed there? If so, how?

ruth, the nightly builds are located in
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/chimera/nightly/ --each build is in a folder with the
build date/time as its folder name.

Are you sure? "~" (twiddle) represents your home directory, so this would be
/Useres/yourname/Library/Application Support/Chimera.
