Steps to reproduce:
I have 5 email accounts. I had to change to office365 so SMTP outgoing accounts had to get changed. When I change the outgoing SMTP email address for account 4 it changes the outgoing SMTP email address for account 1 to be the same email. When I change account outgoing SMTP email address for account 1 it changes outgoing SMTP email of account 4 to be the same email.
Actual results:
When I change the outgoing SMTP email address for account 4 it changes the outgoing SMTP email address for account 1 to be the same. When I change account outgoing SMTP email address for account 1 it changes outgoing SMTP email of account 4 to be the same.
Expected results:
The outgoing SMTP email address should be separate for each account and changing one account email address should not change another accounts outgoing SMTP email address.

SMTP servers (in the Thunderbird UI sense) are not tied to a specific account.
You can have the same smtp, or different one. Check the account settings for what outgoing server is set for the account, and create a separate setting if needed.
