Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add a new POP account in addition to your current account. Actual Results: A new SMTP account is added. Expected Results: No SMTP account is added. This causes numerous errors when the erroneous accounts are deleted since the POP accounts are associated with the deleted accounts.
