Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0
Steps to reproduce:
Another app or macOS will try to open a page in Firefox when Firefox is not running.
"Open previous tabs and windows" is enabled. Firefox is my default browser. Three pages are pinned while there are five open tabs.
Actual results:
Firefox will launch but the page requested by another app or macOS does not display, only the tabs saved from last session.
This has been an issue with Firefox for at least the last two years on macOS Intel.
Expected results:
Firefox should display the page sent to it by another app or by macOS even if Firefox is not running.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Widget: Cocoa' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
A more specific example:
- Close Firefox
- Run Geekbench 6 CPU or GPU benchmarks
- When benchmarking is complete, Geekbench will attempt to display the results by launching Firefox
- Firefox launches but does not show page requested by Geekbench, only saved tabs from previous session
Additional information:
macOS 12.7.1 Intel
