Summary
To begin work on the Translations Settings UI redesign, we need to ensure that all functionality is behind a pref while under development until it is ready to be turned on for users.
This patch will add the browser.translations.newSettingsUI.enable pref.
Steps to implement
- Add a new pref to source/browser/app/profile/firefox.js next to the main translations pref.
