In the page at https://www.edeposit.com/docs/certbid.cfm, the list-style-image
in the attached style sheet does not print or appear in the preview.  The image
should appear as it does on the rendered page.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. View the page.
2. Click file | print preview
3.

Actual Results:  
Images used as bullets don't appear in the preview or the printed page.

Expected Results:  
The images should have been displayed and printed.

Very strange, made testcase and saw no image in Print Preview nor did I see the
image when page printed.
But now when printing testcase I saw the image both in the Print Preview and on
the output.
