It would be nice to be able to press "n" or click "Next" and go directly to the 
next unread message even if it's in a different folder (i.e., without the 
confirmation dialog box). An option to suppress that dialog would be much 
appreciated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With the next unread message in a folder other than the current folder, 
press "n".
2.

Actual Results:  
System displays "Advance to next unread message in xxx?" dialog.
