Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212

When opening the history window, it was completely unusable. There were no
listings and the menubar (ie. File, Edit, Help etc.) was mostly not visible

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Go
2. Click on History

Actual Results:
The window appeared but it was completely messed up.

Expected Results:
The history window should have been layed out correctly with listings.

Mozilla had just for some strange reason experienced a crash when I was trying
to download something so I had to restart it when this bug appeared.

When I was entering the bug on this page
(http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi) , the history window was still
messed up if I opened it, however, half way through this form when I checked
again, it was back to normal.

I will attach a screenshot to this bug

This was so long ago, and I've not had this problem since... should I close this
bug?
