User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2.1) Gecko/20021130 I have Netscape 4.79 on a CD BAK. Installed it in order to use it for bookmarks and mail setting for Mozilla 1.2.1. Import of mail folders resulted in locked folders due to CD files being read only in Netscape BAK... I forgot to change attributes after copying from CD to Hard Drive. Now, I have downloaed LOTS of email that will be lost if I can't change the mail folders in Mozilla after their import. Can these attributes be changed now? Hitting a reply to an email locks the system... that's how I found this problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. New email composition cannot be saved in Sent folder (message appears saying it every time). 2. Hitting email Reply locks system and puts CPU into 100% usage locking system. 3. Actual Results: System and RAM are totally 100% and locked. CTRL+ALT+DEL to Task Manager in 2000 and End Process is only way to free system. Changing attributes in BAK installed Netscape 4.79 and reimporting to Mozilla 1.2.1 did NOT fix the problem. Also, I can't figure out how to DEL the imported mail folders in Mozilla 1.2.1 mail in order to re-import from attribute changed (corrected) Netscape. Expected Results: Don't know... remove Read Only attribute on File/Folder Imports? Create method to change file/folder attributes if occurring in future. This was a stupid move on my part resulting in this problem, but I hope there is a way to correct file/folder attributes so as not to cause a complete reload and/or import resulting in loss of current (since changed to Mozilla) email. Thanks for your help (if any happens)! Victor
