1869844 - Incorrect theme displayed after updating Samsung devices

Preconditions

1. Enable Dark mode from device settings.
2. Set the theme in app to "Follow device theme" from Settings > Customize menu.
3. Have an update available on a Samsung device.

Steps to reproduce

1. Update the Samsung device.
2. Open Fenix and open a couple of webpages.
3. Access the Settings menu.
4. Observe the theme displayed.

Expected behavior

The Dark theme is displayed without visual defects.

Actual behavior

The Dark theme is altered.
With the "Follow device theme" option selected:

• tapping the "Dark" option will display the appropriate Dark theme;
• tapping the "Light" option will display the Light theme;
• tapping the "Follow device theme" options will display the Light theme instead of the Dark theme (selected in device's settings).

Device information

• Firefox version: RC 120.1.1
• Android device model: Samsung Galaxy A53 5G
• Android OS version: Android 14

Any additional information?

• issue occurred in all 3 channel: Nightly, Beta, Release;
• the issue might be caused by the device's system;
• the issue occurred on a Samsung Galaxy A14 (Android 13) device as well, after an update, with Light theme selected in device's settings with the following STR:

1. Set the theme in app to "Follow device theme" from Settings > Customize menu.
2. Sent Fenix in the background.
3. Change device's theme from dark to light or vice versa.
4. Bring Fenix foreground and access the Settings menu.
