There are a number of place where we've created UI elements that are very similar to our message bar element in look and purpose, but which aren't actually using the deprecated message-bar element or the newer moz-message-bar reusable component. This bug is intended to help identify and track places where we can replace bespoke UI with moz-message-bar in order to remove code, streamline implementations, and increase cohesion in the Firefox front end.
