User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:120.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/120.0

Steps to reproduce:

macOS 13.6.3
Firefox 122.0a1 (2023-12-13) (64-bit)

Open about window on macOS when in dark mode. When the window is not active the color of the title bar is ok.
When about window is selected and active the title bar color is too light.

Actual results:

When about window is selected and active the title bar color is too light. Unsure why that would happen and what changed so that the wrong color is now used for the title bar in an active dialog.

Expected results:

Correct color for title bar should be used when dialog is selected and active.
